Half a year with this baby!

I can't believe it was a half a year ago that we first met baby Troy.

He has turned my life upside down 180 degrees...for the better. I love being his mama. I love everything about him - his energy, his chub, his curiosity, his facial expressions, reaching new milestones, when he sleeps, his laugh and voice, his hair...I could go on and on.

Happy half birthday, sweet boy! I know it sounds cheesy, but I truly love you more each day!

Seems like so long ago you were that tiny - but at the same time just yesterday!

I want to blog but don't have much going on, so not much to write about :)
But Troy met a snake for the first time. Michael scared us by hiding it in our house!

Troy is as close to crawling as it gets without actually crawling. He burrows, builds bridges, rolls and scoots backwards, especially when he wants out of his crib.

Kylee and I were left at home while the rest of the family went to Hong Kong and Australia. But we had fun here. Have I mentioned that Kylee is the most awesome aunt?

And best news of all - by the time I update my blog again our soldier will be home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love Oregon

Since we're not fans of this...

...we took yet another trip to visit our favorite guy! This time: Corvallis, Oregon! One of our favorite places with our favorite people

Best of all, we got lots of cousin lovin' time in.

Lots of loving from Alice Fowler

Troy and sweet Betsy just 2.5 months apart

Will, Troy, Betsy and Sage

The whole group putting on red lipstick and a scarf for #rachelsanswertocancer for our sweet friend Rachel

This is my favorite -

Troy loves his Tutu so much.

Bobby has been doing a rotation at his dad's family practice office, and it's been fun for them to work together.

We also spent a few days at the Oregon coast with Scott and Kathryn Porter from Colorado Springs. We had such a good time!
(Anyone following Kathryn will know I stole all these pictures)

Tillamook Cheese Factory

Found a place playing the BYU/Utah State game

Troy was a trooper flying home. He's 6/8 on flight behavior now :)
And PS he's rolling over like there is no tomorrow!
